Level Account App now Available!
Level customers can now access an Account page to check on the status of their Level Advance applications and add new business earnings for us to incorporate in our offers. Prior to the launch of the Account page, customers who were eager to know their status or who needed to update their application had to contact us. The Level Account is another step towards our goal of allowing our customers to self-serve and manage their application at anytime. It also brings us one step closer to instant offers. Stay tuned!
Apply Flow Updates
We’ve spent Q2 launching an online application form to replace our email/phone-based application workflow. As we are always listening to customers at Level, we learned a lot from our MVP online application. In July, we’ve 1) updated copy throughout the application to help customers understand the Advance product, 2) encouraged customers to be more specific about how they will use the advance funds and 3) explained to customers that linking their bank account will provide them better advance terms.
New Support Line
We love talking to customers. We don’t love when they can’t get a hold of us. In July, we launched a full customer contact solution on the Kixie platform that helps ensure that when customers want to talk, we are there for them.
