In-App Offer Acceptance
Level Customers can now log into their Level Account, accept an Advance offer, review the terms, and receive their Advance funds. Prior to this launch, our offer acceptance workflow was email and phone-based. This launch brings us one step closer to a full self-service model where customers can apply and receive their funds on the same day.
Customer Onboarding Dashboards
While we are always building to enable our customers to serve themselves, we know that sometimes customers will need a little help. With this in mind, we are continuing to develop a set of customer onboarding dashboards that allow our Customer Success team to better understand and serve our Level customers. In September, we built out a disbursement dashboard to complement the application dashboard. The disbursement dashboard allows the team to quickly schedule disbursements of Level Advances and follow up with customers when there are any issues.
