Can I apply if I already have an outstanding balance with Level?

Yes, you are welcome to reapply while you still have an outstanding balance. These ‘refi’ applications will be evaluated by Level on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount outstanding and payments history. If you are approved for new funding, you will receive the difference between the new amount and the amount outstanding from your prior funding. Effectively, your new funding will first go towards repaying the prior balance. Customers are allowed a maximum of 2 ‘refis’ per year.
