Can I turn off Auto-Pay?

Effective October 21, 2021, all Level Advance customers will be auto-enrolled in auto-pay as part of our new Advance terms and conditions. Have questions about Level? Have an existing advance? Effective October 21, 2021, all Level Advance customers will be auto-enrolled in auto-pay as part of our new Advance terms and conditions. Turning off Auto-Pay without an alternative payment arrangement may result in a Default event terminating our Advance agreement, which will require you to pay the remaining balance immediately to Level. If you have questions or concerns about Auto-Pay, reach out to Level to discuss your situation.

Before turning your Auto-Pay off, please discuss your options with a member of the Level team. Once you’ve discussed your situation with Level, you may turn off Auto-Pay in your Account app.
