How often will I be billed on Auto-Pay?

Level’s billing cycle depends on whether our customers earn with participating partners who withhold repayment on Level’s behalf, or other platforms.

If you have business earnings from any source that is not automatically withholding, Level will bill you every other Thursday. Your first Auto-Pay transaction will be drafted on the first billing day after your Advance is extended, which may be up to 2 weeks after the Advance is extended. You will receive an email notification from Level three (3) business days before your Auto-Pay transaction will be attempted, which will include the breakdown of earnings that are included in that Auto-Pay.  

If you have business earnings with participating Level partners that withhold your repayment percentage and pay Level directly on your behalf, then these earnings are not included in the Auto-Pay billing cycle. Each of these apps may have their own billing frequency.
