Level's application is designed with small business owners in mind. You'll provide some basic personal information, link your business earnings, and provide details on how you’ll use the funding.

When can I re-apply?

When you complete paying of an advance, you can reapply by visiting your Level Account

Does the soft credit pull affect my credit score?

No. We may do a soft credit pull, which does not affect your credit score.

Why are you asking for personal information?

Level considers validating a customer’s identity a vital first step to setting a Leveler up for success in their advance.

Can I apply to Level if I live and work in Canada?

The Level Advance is only available to customers who live, work, and earn money in the U.S. at this time.

Can I apply if I already have an outstanding balance with Level?

You are welcome to reapply, but these applications will be evaluated by Level on a case-by-case basis

Is this a loan?

No, this is not a loan. How you repay and the total repayment are the main differences between a standard business loan and Level. 

Will my personal information be used to run a credit check?

Yes. We may do a soft credit pull when you apply for an Advance.

What are Level’s eligibility requirements?

You must be able to demonstrate consistent earnings for several months to qualify.

How quickly can I get funding from Level?

Level will provide you with a funding decision within 48 business hours of submitting a valid application.

How can I check my application status?

You can use your Level Account to check your application's status.

Can I apply with a friend or family member’s business earnings?

No. You must be the owner of any business earnings that you link during your application process.

What are linked business earnings?

Level uses your linked business earnings to both determine your creditworthiness and enable flexible repayment.
