Repaying with Level

Making sure you can repay flexibly is a key component of Level's service. Make sure you fully understand the obligations to repay and please reach out if you have any questions!

How is my payment amount calculated?

Your payment amounts are equal to your revenue / repay percentage of your business revenue.

Who is Dwolla?

Dwolla is Level’s trusted partner for facilitating secure ACH transactions, both for Advance disbursement and Auto-Pay.

How do bank deposit earnings work?

At Level, we work with you to understand the full picture of your business and use that full picture to qualify you for an Advance.

Does Level charge non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees for returned payments?

Level does not charge NSF fees for returned payments, but you may incur fees for NSF from your bank.

Will I incur any fees for being on Auto-Pay?

Level is not in the business of charging hidden or additional fees.

Whom should I contact if I have questions about Auto-Pay?

Level offers phone, chat, and email support to answer your payment-related questions.

What if I’m earning on an app that already withholds my repayment percentage for Level?

Some of Level’s partner apps work with us to withhold your repayment percentage from your earnings on that app and repay us on your behalf.

What should I do if I miss a payment?

If an Auto-Pay payment fails, Level will send you an email notification and re-attempt the payment at a later date.

How do I change my Auto-Pay bank account?

We do not currently support changing your bank account.

Can I turn off Auto-Pay?

Effective October 21, 2021, all Level Advance customers will be auto-enrolled in auto-pay as part of our new Advance terms and conditions. Have questions about Level? Have an existing advance? How much will my Auto-Pay payment be each billing cycle?

You repay your advance out of your future earnings. Your auto-payment to Level will be the repayment percentage of your business earnings since the last payment.

How often will I be billed on Auto-Pay?

Level’s billing cycle depends on whether our customers earn with participating partners who withhold repayment on Level’s behalf, or other platforms.

How do I set up Auto-Pay?

Auto-pay setup is easy and part of the Level Advance application process.

To whom is Auto-Pay available?

If you are a new Level Advance customer after October 21, 2021, you will be enrolled in Auto-Pay by default.

What is Auto-Pay?

Auto-pay is now a convenient repayment solution for Level Advance customers to “set it and forget it!” Starting October 21, 2021, Auto-Pay will be the default repayment method for your Advance.

Is there a fee for early repayment?

No, there is no fee for early repayment.

What can I do to remain in good standing with Level?

You’re able to continue accessing Level’s services as long as you remain in good standing!

What if I close my business down?

You are required to repay Level in full if you close down your business.

What if my business earnings sources change?

You are required to inform Level if you take on additional business earnings sources.

What happens after I’ve fully repaid?

​​You'll return to keeping 100% of your business earnings once you’re fully repaid.

How will I pay Level?

Your repayment method depends on which apps your earn on. Details can be found in your Level Account.

Does Level charge any fees?

Level charges a single service fee, which is included in total repayment.

How much will I repay to Level?

Your total repayment equals the funding amount plus the service fee.
