Your payment amounts are equal to your revenue / repay percentage of your business revenue.
Dwolla is Level’s trusted partner for facilitating secure ACH transactions, both for Advance disbursement and Auto-Pay.
At Level, we work with you to understand the full picture of your business and use that full picture to qualify you for an Advance.
Level does not charge NSF fees for returned payments, but you may incur fees for NSF from your bank.
Level is not in the business of charging hidden or additional fees.
Level offers phone, chat, and email support to answer your payment-related questions.
Some of Level’s partner apps work with us to withhold your repayment percentage from your earnings on that app and repay us on your behalf.
If an Auto-Pay payment fails, Level will send you an email notification and re-attempt the payment at a later date.
Effective October 21, 2021, all Level Advance customers will be auto-enrolled in auto-pay as part of our new Advance terms and conditions. Have questions about Level? Have an existing advance? You repay your advance out of your future earnings. Your auto-payment to Level will be the repayment percentage of your business earnings since the last payment.
Level’s billing cycle depends on whether our customers earn with participating partners who withhold repayment on Level’s behalf, or other platforms.
If you are a new Level Advance customer after October 21, 2021, you will be enrolled in Auto-Pay by default.
Auto-pay is now a convenient repayment solution for Level Advance customers to “set it and forget it!” Starting October 21, 2021, Auto-Pay will be the default repayment method for your Advance.
You’re able to continue accessing Level’s services as long as you remain in good standing!
You are required to repay Level in full if you close down your business.
You are required to inform Level if you take on additional business earnings sources.
You'll return to keeping 100% of your business earnings once you’re fully repaid.

Level charges a single service fee, which is included in total repayment.
